“Are you insured?” Yes we are and we will provide you with a copy of our insurance certificate at the in-home consultation. Make sure that whomever you work with is insured. Call the insurance company to verify! "Aren’t you the same as a moving company?” No. We partner with Suddath Relocation, a part of United Van Lines, who provides the moving van and movers, we oversee the process to make certain that everything runs smoothly. Your typical moving companies don't provide sorting/ downsizing, organizing, estate/tag sales, donations, utilities transfers, picture hanging…well, you get the idea. “May I choose my own moving company?” Absolutely! We are happy to work with whomever you choose. “What if I only want certain phases of the move covered by you, may we hire you for just one phase?” Yes! Our menu of services allows you to take what you want and leave the rest. You can ask us to only pack your belongings for the move and you do the unpacking, we can help to downsize (what to keep, pass or toss) in preparation for the move and your packing, we can run an estate sale to liquidate items that are no longer wanted or won't fit into the new home and we can provide cleaning services after the move out. “What if I am not moving but would like help with de-cluttering areas of my home. Can you help with that?” Absolutely! We can sort your belongings to determine what to keep, pass (gift, donate, sell) or toss just like we do in a move. We can also organize areas of your home to utilize the best possible use of space. "I’m the executor of my mother’s estate in Florida and I live in Seattle, Washington. I don’t have enough vacation time off nor do I have the resources to keep flying back to do everything that needs to be done. What can I do?
